Thanks to the collaboration established between NGO Tandavanala and NGO EPCO Mauritius, an exchange visit was organized to Mauritius from September 25 to October 2, 2022. A delegation of 19 members from NGO Tandavanala was invited to learn more about the various conservation activities carried out by EPCO and other local NGOs and organizations, including:
- The ROC Project by ECOSUD
- The Association of Artisans and Pandanus Planters of Southeast at Vieux Grand Port
- The Mud Crab Project by EPCO at GRSE
- Coral Farming by Eco Raise Society
- The Agronomy Project by Falcon Citizen League
In addition to these exchanges, site visits were arranged to explore environmental experiences and some of the island’s tourist attractions, including:
- Odysseo Oceanarium
- Chamarel Ebony Forest
- A visit to Île aux Aigrettes by the Mauritius Wildlife Foundation
- Île aux Cerfs
